A discovery call is a free 15-minute conversation where we discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and determine if we're a good fit to work together. There's no pressure or commitment.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share in our sessions stays between us, with a few legal exceptions (such as imminent risk of harm). I'll explain these boundaries clearly at the start of our work together.
